Wands + Accessories
Your wand’s frequency of replacement will depend on usage and maintenance. Under normal use and gentle care, wands or oscillators typically can last for years.
However, factors such as the proper use of filtered/distilled water only in your Carepod, frequency and mode of cleaning, and overall care can influence their lifespan.
If you require a wand replacement, you can visit this link here.
If you notice any cracks or visual breakage on your humidifier wand, it may be due to prolonged exposure to water inside the wand, repeated physical impact while handling, or internal water accumulation—if you gently shake the wand and hear water inside, this may indicate internal damage.
Please visit this link here to submit a ticket.
If you notice colored spots on your humidifier wand, it may be due to mineral deposits or impurities in the water over time.
Here are the steps we recommend:
- Clean the white wand at least once a week. Gently wash only the bottom half of the white wand. For extra care, use a soft sponge, or a gentle toothbrush.
- If you wish to sterilize the white wand, you may quickly dip the base into boiling water for 1-2 seconds only.
- Always use filtered or distilled water. Using tap water may result in impurities or mineral deposits that will negatively affect your wand.

Carepod One
Carepod One is an ultrasonic cool mist humidifier with a 100% stainless steel water tank for simple, intuitive cleaning.
Doctor-invented and filter-free, Carepod is designed to support your immune system and alleviate cold, allergy and flu symptoms by hydrating dry air.
Carepod is ideally used in rooms that are around 500 square feet. We recommend using your humidifier in a room that is not too big or too small for its capacity, as this can lead to over-humidification or ineffective use.
This timing may vary depending on your mist intensity.
Carepod One can run up to a maximum of 20 hours on Mist Level 1, and can run up to a maximum of 10 hours on Mist Level 3, the highest intensity setting.
Additionally, you can adjust the built-in timer to choose how many consecutive hours you would like your humidifier to run, ranging from four to eight hours.
Carepod One weighs 8 lbs, measures in at 10.82” x 10.23” x 9.30” and can be conveniently placed anywhere indoors.
Carepod One uses 110-120V~, 60Hz voltage at 29W.
Here’s how to get started:
- Unbox and take out your new Carepod.
- Remove the tape securing its lid.
- Attach the white wand into the inner lid. Lift it slightly so it’s parallel to the inner lid.
- Move your Carepod to your desired space for hydration.
- Set your Carepod on top of a table, stool or elevated surface that’s at least two feet off the floor. This will help the mist circulate properly, and keep it from collecting on the floor.
- Fill the water tank up to the MAX line with filtered / distilled water.
- Pull down the wand slightly so it can oscillate properly in the water.
- Close the lid.
- Connect the power cord.
- You're ready to hydrate your room!
Carepod One is ideally used in rooms that are around 500 square feet. It is best to use your humidifier in a room that is not too big or too small for its capacity, as this can result in over-humidification or ineffective use.
We recommend placing the Carepod on a higher location such as table top or stool so that the mist has some clearance in the air. Also, place in an area that is not directly adjacent to objects that are sensitive and may warp from over-exposure to moisture. This may include art, electrical areas, or wooden areas, such as hardwood floors or tables.
We also advise keeping the humidifier away from extreme temperatures. Do not place Carepod in an area where it would come into contact with hot air, such as direct sunlight, or near gas stoves, heaters, etc.
If you are placing your humidifier in a bedroom, make sure to keep it at least three feet away from the bed.
This way, the occupant will not be directly exposed to too much moisture.
If you need to assemble your Carepod One for any reason, here are the steps:
- First, lay out all the parts.
- There are six: the main Carepod body, stainless steel water tank, inner lid cover, white wand, orange silicone seal, and white center knob.
- Press the silicone seal firmly into the inner lid.
- Attach the stainless steel inner lid cover.
- Secure the inner lid with the white center knob.
- Place the water tank inside.
- Align the lip of the tank with the lip of the main body.
- Lastly, plug the wand into the inner lid.

- Level 1: Low mist
- Level 2: Medium mist
- Level 3: High mist
The Power button allows you to turn on and off your humidifier. It will turn red when it detects a low water level in your humidifier.
The Timer button lets you set a run time for humidification. Press the button to cycle to the next level of duration.
- Level 1: Four hours
- Level 2: Six hours
- Level 3: Eight hours
For each button, you can press through to cycle through different levels or settings.
There are three buttons on the top of your Carepod.
The center button is the Power button. Press this once to begin hydrating your room.
To stop humidification, press the Power button again. Your Carepod will automatically shut off after 30 seconds.
The best water for your Carepod is always distilled or filtered water.
We recommend against tap water, due to the extreme variations in quality, which may depend drastically on your geographical region.
*Please note:* Tap water contains impurities and minerals that may leave a white dust or particles behind, and impact the quality of hydration, as well as the proper care for your device.
Yes, reverse osmosis water can be added to Carepod for hydration use, as long as it’s not being filtered inside of the humidifier.
On the top of your Carepod, there is a main panel with three buttons. From left to right: Mist, Power, and Timer.
Located around the Mist button are three LED light bars.
These bars will turn green to show the humidity level your humidifier is set to. Press the Mist button to adjust the humidity level.
- Level 1: Low humidification (First bar is green)
- Level 2: Medium mist (First two bars are green)
- Level 3: High mist (All bars are green)
On the top of your Carepod, there is a main panel with three buttons. From left to right: Mist, Power, and Timer.
Located around the Timer button are three LED light bars. If you do not wish to run your humidifier continuously, you can use this button to choose a set run time.
- Level 1: Four hours (First bar is green)
- Level 2: Six hours (First two bars are green)
- Level 3: Eight hours (All bars are green)
As time passes, the Timer LED lights will change levels to show how much time is left.
For example, if you set Carepod to Level 2 (six hours), after two hours, the bars will light up at Level 1 to show that there are four hours left.
We do not recommend adding essential oils to your Carepod unit, as oils may negatively affect the stainless steel tank and internal components.
On the top of your Carepod, there is a main panel with three buttons. From left to right: Mist, Power, and Timer.
Look at the center button, the Power button.
- Level 1: Lowest water level (First bar is green)
- Level 2: Medium water level (First two bars are green)
- Level 3: Full water level (All bars are green)
We recommend always beginning your room’s hydration by filling your Carepod’s water tank with distilled/filtered water to the MAX line in the water tank.
Please note that Carepod stops hydrating once it reaches its lowest water levels, leaving behind 1-2 inches of water in the tank to protect its self-floating wand.
For best performance, you may swap out for fresh water every 48 hours.
We recommend placing the Carepod on a table, stool or elevated surface that’s at least two feet off the floor. This will help the mist circulate properly, and keep it from collecting on the floor.
As an additional tip, you can decrease Mist intensity to Low (Level 1).
You can also use the timer feature to schedule a runtime between 4 to 8 hours based on your preference.
There are two ways to clean your premium humidifier: either through gentle handwashing or sterilization.

- Fully dry all parts with a clean towel.
Visit our full guide and video here.
Two parts of your Carepod can be sterilized in boiling water — stainless steel water tank, and stainless steel inner cover lid.
If you’d like to sterilize the white wand, be sure to only quickly dip the base in boiling water for 1-2 seconds.
Yes, two detachable parts of your Carepod One are dishwasher-safe:
- Stainless steel water tank
- Stainless steel inner lid cover
For optimal, long-lasting performance, we recommend the following:
- Use gentle dish detergents, as harsh detergents can impact materials over time.
- Place stainless steel items in your dishwasher’s upper rack, spaced apart from other items for optimal cleaning and drying
- Use the dishwasher’s minimum temperature setting to help prevent potential surface wear caused by prolonged exposure to higher heat settings.
Take a look at the three indicator light bars around the Power button.
Check the status:
- Level 1 flashing red three times: This signals that your tank is filled with water. Wait a few seconds and this alert should disappear.
- Level 1 staying red: This means that there is not enough water for humidification. Make sure to add the right amount of water, up to (but not above) the MAX fill line. If there’s enough water, this could indicate an issue with the wand. To troubleshoot:
- Check the white wand. Unplug it from the inner lid. Examine the wand for any signs of spots or cracks. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues, or hear the rattling of water, please visit this link here to submit a support ticket.
- Level 2 red: Your humidifier may be experiencing a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) error. Please visit this link here to submit a support ticket.
Take a look at your Timer button.
Level 1 red - The red light flashing on the Timer button could indicate a potential issue with the wand or fan failure.
Check the white wand. Unplug it from the inner lid. Examine the wand for any signs of spots or cracks. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues or hear the rattling of water, please visit this link here to submit a support ticket.
If you see no issue with the wand, but the Timer button remains red, you can visit this link here to submit a support ticket.
Try these solutions:
- Check to see if the humidifier is set to Mist Level 1 (low intensity). If it’s low, you can press the Mist button to increase the intensity level for a more powerful mist.
- Check the water level. Examine the tank to make sure that the water level is either at or right below the MAX fill line. If it’s below the recommended level, please refill to the MAX fill line with filtered/distilled water.
- Check the white wand’s attachment. Is it firmly plugged into your Carepod’s inner lid? Try unplugging and replugging again. When closing the lid, make sure the base of the wand is submerged in the water.
- Examine the white wand for any signs of spots or cracks. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues, or hear the rattling of water, please visit this link here to submit a ticket.
- Clean the white wand. If the structure of the wand looks fine, but you find any substances that might be disrupting its ability to create mist, we recommend cleaning the bottom half of your wand thoroughly. You may use a soft sponge or toothbrush with soap and water to gently clean.
Check to see if the humidifier is set to Mist Level 3 (high intensity). If it is, press the Mist button to decrease the intensity level for a more gentle mist.
Try these solutions:
- Reset your Carepod. Turn off and unplug from the power source. Give it a few minutes, then plug the unit back into the power source. Check the Power indicator light to confirm it’s on. Don’t forget to make sure it’s a working power outlet – you can double check with an alternate device.
- Check the water level. Examine the tank to make sure that the water level is either at or right below the MAX fill line. Please note that Carepod stops hydrating once it reaches its lowest water levels, leaving behind 1-2 inches of water in the tank to protect its self-floating wand. If the water is below the recommended level, please refill to the MAX fill line with filtered/distilled water.
- Check the white wand’s attachment. Is it firmly plugged into your Carepod’s inner lid? Try unplugging and re-plugging again. When closing the lid, make sure the base of the wand is submerged in the water.
- Examine the white wand for any signs of spots or cracks after you unplug it from the inner lid.
- Check the inner lid cover and orange silicone seal. Ensure that both pieces – lid cover and seal – are pressed in and fully secure.
Check three pieces to make sure that they are accurately positioned:
- Water tank: Lip of the tank is aligned with the lip of Carepod’s main body.
- Inner lid cover: Fully push cover into the inner lid using the white knob in the center.
- Orange silicone seal: Press around the edges of the inner lid to make sure this is also fully pushed in.
You can also reassemble your humidifier by following this guide here.
We recommend placing the Carepod on a table, stool or elevated surface that’s at least two feet off the floor. This will help the mist circulate properly, and keep it from collecting on the floor.
You can also set the Mist intensity to Low (Level 1), unless your indoor environment is especially dry or hot. To do so, press the Mist button until only the first light indicator bar turns green.
At the moment, there is no option to turn off lights on your Carepod.
If the lights are impacting you at night, we recommend positioning your Carepod device at an adjusted angle or position to minimize the direct impact of the indicator lights on your surroundings.
The slight change in direction will increase your comfort level regarding the lights, and due to the power of Carepod’s humidifying mist, will not affect the full hydration of your bedroom.
The dripping sound is normal and is caused by the wand’s vibrations that generate your humidifier’s mist.
The sound can be reduced when you use the humidifier on Mist Level 1, the most gentle intensity setting. You can also decrease the dripping noise by keeping the water level up to (but not above) the MAX fill line of the stainless steel water tank.
Check three pieces to make sure that they are accurately positioned:
- Water tank: Lip of the tank is aligned with the lip of Carepod’s main body.
- Inner lid cover: Fully push cover into the inner lid, using the white knob in the center.
- Orange silicone seal: Press around the edges of the inner lid to make sure this is also fully pushed in.

Yes, RO (reverse osmosis) water can be added to Carepod for hydration use, as long as it’s not being filtered inside of the humidifier.
You can clean your Carepod Mini through gentle handwashing.
- Remove two parts from your Carepod:
- Water tank
- White wand
- Handwash the water tank gently with dish soap and water.
- Gently wash only the bottom half of the white wand. For extra care, use a soft sponge, or a gentle toothbrush. If you wish to sterilize the white wand, you may quickly dip its base only (not the whole wand) into boiling water for 1-2 seconds.
- When washing the white wand, take care to wash only the bottom half. Do not wash the top half, where the wand plugs into the humidifier inner lid.
- Fully dry all parts with a clean towel.
No, we recommend gentle hand-washing only. If you wish to sterilize the white wand, you may dip its base only (not the whole wand) in boiling water for 1-2 seconds.
No, we recommend gentle hand-washing as the dishwasher’s high heat setting may damage your Mini.
Try these solutions:

- Check for any visible damage on the power cord.
If the issue persists even after plugging into a working power outlet, whether there's visible damage or not, please visit this link here to submit a support ticket.
- To troubleshoot: Check the white wand.
Check to see if the humidifier is set to Mist Level 1 (low intensity). If it’s low, you can press the Mist button to increase the intensity level for a more powerful mist.
Check the water level. Examine the tank to make sure that the water level is either at or right below the MAX fill line. If it’s below the recommended level, please refill to the MAX fill line with filtered/distilled water.
Check the white wand’s attachment. Is it firmly plugged into your Carepod’s inner lid? Try unplugging and replugging again. When closing the lid, make sure the base of the wand is submerged in the water.
Examine the white wand for any signs of spots or cracks after you unplug it from the inner lid. Gently shake it and listen for any water inside. If you spot any visual issues, or hear the rattling of water, please visit this link here to submit a ticket.
Clean the white wand.
If it is, you can press the Mist button to decrease the intensity level for a more gentle mist.
At the moment, your Carepod Mini's lights will automatically dim after a few seconds, but there is no option to completely turn them off.
The beeping sound cannot be turned off completely.
However, there are a few things you can do to minimize its frequency.
- Timer: Utilize the timer feature on the humidifier. By setting a specific amount of time for it to run, it will automatically shut off after that duration, reducing the need for button presses.
- Full Water Levels: Secondly, make sure that the water tank is filled up to (but not above) the MAX line before going to sleep. This will help minimize the need for any refilling during the night and will reduce the frequency of beeping sounds.
Currently, there is no option to use essential oils with the Carepod Mini.
Look at the middle button on your humidifier, the Power button.
When the first bar is illuminated green, your Carepod is at the lowest water level. When there are two green bars, the humidifier is at the medium water level. Lastly, three green bars means that the humidifier tank is full.

Carepod Cube Plus is ideally best used for rooms that are around 700 square feet.
It is best to use your humidifier in a space that is not too big or too small for its capacity – otherwise, this can result in over-humidification or ineffective hydration.
We recommend placing your Carepod on a table, stool, or elevated surface that’s at least two feet off the floor. This will help the mist circulate properly and keep it from collecting on the floor.
Take care to place in an area that is not directly adjacent to objects that are sensitive and may warp from over-exposure to moisture. This may include art, electrical areas, or wooden objects or areas, such as hardwood floors or tables.
We also recommend keeping the humidifier away from extreme temperatures. Do not place Carepod in an area where it would come into contact with hot air, such as direct sunlight, or near gas stoves, heaters, etc.
Lastly, if you are placing your humidifier in a bedroom, keep it at least three feet away if aiming toward the bed. If it’s placed on a nightstand, aim Carepod away from the bed. This way, the occupant will not be directly exposed to too much moisture, and the mist can fully circulate throughout the room.

Please note that it is normal to have 2 inches of water remaining in the tank after a cycle is completed.
No, the Carepod Cube Plus does not sanitize the air. Instead, it sanitizes the internal parts of the humidifier, including the water tank, wand, and stainless steel cover.
This applies pasteurization to kill harmful bacteria and pathogens within a 2-hour cycle at a temperature of 158°F(70°C).
This extra level of hygiene results in greater peace of mind.
To turn on Auto-humidity, simply tap the Mist/Auto button until all three LED lights turn white.

We recommend always beginning your room’s hydration by filling your Carepod’s water tank with distilled or filtered water to the MAX line (but not above the MAX line).
Please note that Carepod stops hydrating once it reaches its lowest water levels, leaving behind 1-2 inches of water in the tank to protect its self-floating wand.
For best performance, you may swap out for fresh distilled or filtered water every 48 hours..
We do not recommend adding essential oils to your Carepod unit, as oils may negatively affect the stainless steel tank and internal components.
There are two ways to clean your premium humidifier – either through gentle handwashing or sterilization.
- Remove three parts from your Carepod.
- Water tank
- Inner lid cover
- White wand
- Handwash two parts – stainless steel water tank & inner lid cover – gently with dish soap and water. You may also sterilize both parts in boiling water.
- Gently wash only the bottom half of the white wand. For extra care, use a soft sponge, or a gentle toothbrush. If you wish to sterilize the white wand, you may quickly dip the base into boiling water for 1-2 seconds only.
- When washing the white wand, take care to wash only the bottom half. Do not wash the top half, where the wand plugs into the humidifier inner lid.
- Fully dry all parts with a clean towel.
Two parts of your Carepod can be sterilized in boiling water — stainless steel water tank, and stainless steel inner cover lid.
If you’d like to sterilize the white wand, be sure to only quickly dip the base in boiling water for 1-2 seconds.
Yes, two detachable parts of your Carepod Cube Plus are dishwasher-safe:
- Stainless steel water tank
- Stainless steel inner lid cover
For optimal, long-lasting performance, we recommend the following:
- Use gentle dish detergents, as harsh detergents can impact materials over time.
- Place stainless steel items in your dishwasher’s upper rack, spaced apart from other items for optimal cleaning and drying
- Use the dishwasher’s minimum temperature setting to help prevent potential surface wear caused by prolonged exposure to higher heat settings.
The temperature of Cube plus’ warm mist ranges from 100.4°F to 111°F (38°C to 44°C). For safety reasons, and depending on the original water temperature, it may take from 30-60 minutes to reach higher levels. You may use lukewarm or warm distilled or filtered water for quicker results.
For increased safety, the Cube plus’ water temperatures will never reach the same high or boiling levels of a traditional steam vaporizer.
If you scheduled a sanitization cycle, it will start automatically. The left LED will turn solid white, and the red LED will blink to indicate the cycle has been successfully scheduled.
To troubleshoot, follow these steps:
- Check the Heater/Sanitize button: Two blinking red LEDs should indicate that the sanitization cycle is active.
- Check the water level: The cycle will only begin once the water reaches a programmed low level.
Note: The water temperature may reach up to 167°F during the sanitization cycle. Please use extreme caution if you need to check the water inside the water tank.
Take a look at the three indicator lights above the Power button.

- Check the inner lid cover and silicone seal.
- Silicone seal: Press around the edges of the inner lid to make sure this is also fully pushed in.

The sound can be reduced when you use the humidifier on Mist Level 1, the most gentle intensity setting. You can also decrease the dripping noise by keeping the water level up to (but not above) the MAX fill line of the stainless steel water tank.

To stop humidification, press the Power button again. Your Carepod will automatically shut off after 30 seconds. Please note that the Power LED light will turn red when it detects a low water level in your humidifier.
The Mist button allows you to adjust the amount of humidity your Carepod emits. Press the button to cycle to the next level of intensity.
- Level 1: Low mist
- Level 2: Medium mist
- Level 3: High mist
The Timer button lets you set a run time for humidification. Press the button to cycle to the next level of duration.
- Level 1: Four hours
- Level 2: Six hours
- Level 3: Eight hours
For each button, you can press through to cycle through different levels or settings. Please note that the LED indicator lights will change as time passes to indicate how much time is remaining. Not setting the Timer means continuous operation, until water runs out.
There are four buttons on the top of your Carepod Cube.
The first button is the Power button. Press this once to turn your Cube on. If the water tank is full, it will initiate hydration with Level 3 Mist, as indicated by the white LED light.
To stop humidification, press the Power button again. Your Carepod will automatically shut off after 30 seconds.
Press the Power button, and then press the Heater button. When the white alert bar on the Heater button appears, the heating function is turned on.
The temperature of Cube’s warm mist ranges from 93.2°F to 104°F (34°C to 40°C). For safety reasons, and depending on the original water temperature, it may take from 30-60 minutes to reach higher levels. You may use lukewarm or warm distilled or filtered water for immediate results.
For increased safety, the Cube’s water temperatures will never reach the same high or boiling levels of a traditional steam vaporizer.
If you press the Heater button again, the white alert bars will turn off and switch to cool mist. Please note that if Carepod detects a low water level, its heating function will automatically shut off for safety.
The best water for your Carepod is always distilled or filtered water.
We recommend against tap water, due to the extreme variations in quality, which may depend drastically on your geographical region.
Please note: Tap water contains impurities and minerals that may leave a white dust or particles behind, and impact the quality of hydration, as well as the proper care for your device.
Yes, RO (reverse osmosis) water can be added to Carepod for hydration use, as long as it’s not being filtered inside of the humidifier.
On the top of your Carepod Cube, there is a main panel with four buttons. From left to right: Power, Mist, Timer, and Heater.
The Mist button allows you to adjust the amount of humidity your Carepod emits. Located around the Mist button are three LED light bars. These bars will turn white to indicate the humidity level your humidifier is set to.
Press the button to cycle to the next level of intensity.

- Level 2: Medium mist
- Level 3: High mist
On the top of your Carepod Cube, there is a main panel with four buttons. From left to right: Power, Mist, Timer, and Heater.
Located around the Timer button are three LED lights. If you do not wish to run your humidifier continuously, you can use this button to choose a set run time.
- Level 1: Four hours (First light is white)
- Level 2: Six hours (First two lights are white)
- Level 3: Eight hours (All lights are white)
As time passes, the Timer LED lights will change levels to show how much time is left.
For example, if you set Carepod Cube to Level 2 (six hours), after two hours, the lights will turn white at Level 1 to show that there are four hours left.
Find the Power button, located on the top of your Carepod Cube. The LED lights will indicate the level of water remaining in the stainless steel tank.
- Level 1: Lowest water level (First bar is green)
- Level 2: Medium water level (First two bars are green)
- Level 3: Full water level (All bars are green)
We recommend always beginning your room’s hydration by filling your Carepod’s water tank with distilled or filtered water to the MAX line (but not above the MAX line).
Please note that Carepod stops hydrating once it reaches its lowest water levels, leaving behind 1-2 inches of water in the tank to protect its self-floating wand.
For best performance, you may swap out for fresh distilled or filtered water every 48 hours.
Yes, two detachable parts of your Carepod Cube are dishwasher-safe:
- Stainless steel water tank
- Stainless steel inner lid cover
For optimal, long-lasting performance, we recommend the following:
- Use gentle dish detergents, as harsh detergents can impact materials over time.
- Place stainless steel items in your dishwasher’s upper rack, spaced apart from other items for optimal cleaning and drying
- Use the dishwasher’s minimum temperature setting to help prevent potential surface wear caused by prolonged exposure to higher heat settings.

Take a look at the three indicator light dots above the Power button.

If you see no issue with the wand, but the Timer button remains red, you can visit this link here to submit a support ticket.
Try these solutions:
If it is, you can press the Mist button to decrease the intensity level for a more gentle mist.
Try these solutions:
- Reset your Carepod. Turn off and unplug from the power source. Give it a few minutes, then plug the unit back into the power source. Check the Power indicator light to confirm it’s on. Don’t forget to make sure it’s a working power outlet – you can double-check with an alternate device.

To do so, press the Mist button until only the first light indicator dot turns green.
At the moment, there is no option to turn off the lights on your Carepod.
